Yoga & Wellness Retreats

Embarking on a yoga retreat offers numerous benefits that extend beyond the physical wellness practice. It provides an opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing you to immerse yourself in a tranquil environment, inviting in relaxation and mindfulness. The yoga retreat setting encourages a deeper connection with oneself, fostering mental clarity and emotional well-being.

Yoga retreats emphasize holistic health, incorporating nutritious meals, wellness practices, and daily yoga and meditation. The retreat schedule allows ample time and space to disconnect from the business of daily life and unlock the parts of you that need rest and care. Participants can also experience personal growth through the shared sense of community, as you practice alongside like-minded individuals, who may offer insights and support. Ultimately, a yoga retreat not only enhances and benefits your physical health but also nurtures inner peace and self-awareness, making it a rejuvenating experience for body, mind, and spirit.

What does a Retreat Look Like?

Meet Stacy McGinty & Co-Teachers

Stacy has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 2 decades. She brings a love of life and laughter to her classes. Stacy teaches from a place of fun and love. The emphasis in her class is on listening to your inner voice, connecting with breath and moving in a way that feels good to the body.  She teaches vinyasa flow, restorative yoga and meditation.

Stacy’s teaching is influenced by Jason Crandell, Janet Stone, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. When you take a class with Stacy you can expect to laugh, be challenged and also find moments of clarity and stillness within the pose.  Read more about Stacy.

Teresa Gonzalez is a yogini, lover of nature, with creativity at the center of her heart. She is also a lover of movement; cycling, hiking, swimming, dancing and especially yoga. She brings over 20 years of experience in Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Gentle Yoga.

Creative expression is also one of her gifts and she enjoys creating art by painting on canvas, paper, walls, on a t-shirt, or just drawing a Mandala in the sand, using her fingers and toes, and decorating them with sticks and stones that she collects nearby. Read more about Teresa
