What is confidence? It is the belief in one’s abilities, qualities, and judgment. It involves feeling secure about oneself and trusting in one’s capacity to handle challenges and succeed. Self-confidence is not about being arrogant or perfect, but rather viewing mistakes as learning opportunities and maintaining a positive “I can” attitude
Katie will lead you through exercises to understand your inner longings, step into your growth and prioritize what’s truly important to YOU.
- This workshop will be offered both in person and over zoom every Wednesday in May (2025) at 6pm.
- Specific dates are 5/7, 5/14, 5/21 & 5, 28
