I have been in the fitness industry as a side job, hobby, and passion for over 22 years, leading and coaching many different formats across all ages and abilities! Though I have always enjoyed movement, sports, and encouraging others, unfortunately, I wasn’t always focused on wellness. Today, I value a whole-person approach toward health, which includes tending to the body, the mind, and the heart! I love pushing people in an intense power class, and equally, I love to promote slowing down, balance, reflection, and self-care.
