Cassie Phillips

I’ve been part of the fitness world for over 25 years—as a side job, a passion, and truly, a part of who I am. From leading a wide range of group fitness formats to working one-on-one with clients, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people of all ages and abilities on their wellness journeys. While I’ve always loved movement and encouraging others, my own perspective has grown to value a whole-person approach—caring for the body, the mind, and the heart.

I believe fitness should be both challenging and empowering. Whether you’re training with me individually, in a small group, or in a larger class, my goal is to offer thoughtful, holistic programming that leaves you feeling strong, successful, and supported. I want you to feel like you’re not just checking off a workout—but truly investing in your health and well-being.

I’m a certified personal trainer through AFAA, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and CPR/First Aid certified. My background as a respiratory therapist—working in hospitals, home health care, and hospice—deepens my understanding of the body and helps me approach coaching with both care and compassion.

You’ll often find me teaching everything from yoga and mobility to power and strength formats, and I also lead our personal training department to help you get started or keep progressing. Outside of the gym, I love staying active with my family, baking and cooking, gathering with friends, and spending time at the beach.

Wherever you are in your fitness journey, I’m here to help you move with purpose, care for your whole self, and feel confident along the way.
