Beginner Friendly. This Pilates Reformer Pop Up class is a taste of how Pilates can improve strength and flexibility. Training with the pilates reformer machine will work your balance, alignment, core stabilization, and muscle tone. Your instructor will give detailed attention to each student, ensuring accurate movement and safety. This training session is 50 minutes in duration and open to all membership and class pack holders at no additional charge.
