A discussion on how our feet impact strength, balance and knee/hip/low back pain. This hour long workshop will take you educate you on some basic foot and ankle anatomy and how it affects what you feel up the chain. Especially if you often feel lower body joint pain, struggle to balance in single leg exercises or just want to gain more leg strength. We will also go through a few exercises to get you started.
