A 90-minute gentle yoga class designed to slowly and intuitively open the joints and tissues. This yoga class is slow flowing with opportunities for longer holds and self-exploration and will include breathwork, meditation and a long savasana. This practice will soothe the mind and body and is perfect for beginner to advanced students.
