
This cardio class format features calisthenics, SAQ training (speed, agility, quickness) which will incorporate agility ladders, cones, agility dots, and steps. Track drills will include skipping, bounding, leaping, shuffling, and varying degrees of plyometrics depending on fitness level. This class will improve your proprioception, body mechanics, coordination, reaction time and improve cardiovascular efficiency. Whether you want to chase your grandkids around the park or play your best pickleball game, this class will help you in your everyday life feeling stronger and more confident in all the ways you desire to move.
