Partner yoga, also known as couple yoga, is a practice that allows two people to relate to one another through assisted poses. From stretching your level of trust to strengthening your communication, couples and friends find yoga can have a positive effect on your relationship that extends far beyond the physical.
Partner yoga can deepen a pose, such as boat pose, in which the soles of the partners’ feet touch, and they grasp hands. Typically a strong core workout, boat pose also becomes a hamstring stretch and lots of fun! Enjoy this class as a celebration of love and connection this month.
