This fun and challenging workshop will teach you how to approach a variety of arm balances with greater confidence. Arm balances are empowering postures from which we can learn a lot about how we approach fear on and off the mat. If you are already familiar with arm balances, this is a great opportunity to build and explore variations.
We will warm up with a vinyasa flow designed to prepare the body for different balances. We will explore different ways to access postures and transitions using bolsters, blocks or the wall. Come with a playful attitude and no expectations– there is something for everyone!
