Roll, Balance, and Strengthen: A Workshop with Jen Allan

Join us for an invigorating and educational workshop, led by certified personal trainer Jen Allan, CPT – NASM. This unique workshop is designed to help you unlock the potential of your body by addressing tightness, improving balance, and strengthening your core.

Foam Rolling Techniques: Learn how to effectively use foam rollers to alleviate tightness in your fascia, promoting flexibility and reducing muscle soreness.

Balance Assessment: Discover your current balance capabilities and receive personalized guidance to enhance your proprioception.

Unilateral Exercises: Engage in exercises that target muscular imbalances, ensuring uniform strength development and improved coordination.

Core Stability: Boost your core strength and stability with targeted exercises that support overall body functionality.

Flexibility and Resilience: Practice techniques that keep your muscle tissue active, youthful, and pain-free as you age.

Each participant will receive a balance pod to use during the workshop and to continue practicing at home, reinforcing the exercises and techniques learned.
