Class Progression

This chart shows the progression of class difficulty offered at The Well Studio. The easiest are listed in the top left starting with Restore and Release. As you continue down each column, the classes get more difficult, with the most strenuous being the Full Body Strength class.

What is Wellness Living?

The Well Studio has partnered with Wellness Living, a leading software provider in the fitness industry.  All of our class schedules, appointments, membership registration, and payments are conducted through the Wellness Living platform. They also offer the “Achieve App” for both Android and iPhone.  This makes it easy for members to book classes at The Well Studio anytime day or night.
