Membership Hold Policy
What is a Membership Hold?
A membership hold is a temporary suspension of a member’s access to our facilities and services, allowing you to pause your membership without cancellation. This option is beneficial for members who may be unable to attend due to various reasons such as illness, travel, or personal commitments. A membership hold provides flexibility that allows members to maintain their membership status without incurring full charges while they are unable to come into the studio.
Membership Hold General Conditions
- Holds do not affect membership fees; billing resumes automatically at the end of the hold period unless an extension is granted. Your billing date will be pushed out relative to the number of days your membership was on hold.
- There are no additional fees associated with placing your membership on hold.
- Membership benefits are suspended during the hold period.
