Physical Therapy

Move Again Physical Therapy

Physical therapy that takes into account your whole self!   Move Again Physical Therapy aligns with our vision for healthy living and holistic healing.

Sura Choi is a licensed physical therapist with over nine years of experience and the founder of Move Again Physical Therapy. His clinical approach combines breathwork integration, functional mobility, biomechanics, and strength training—rooted in a deep understanding of how the body moves, compensates, and adapts.

With a background in advanced coursework covering applied biomechanics, gait mechanics, breathwork integration, manual therapy techniques, and progressive strength training, Sura brings a comprehensive lens to rehab. He specializes in identifying the root causes of recurring injuries and postural imbalances by approaching each client as a whole—not just treating isolated symptoms.

Sura takes pride in helping those who have lost faith in their ability to heal and move without pain, often after receiving inadequate results from traditional rehabilitative approaches. He believes that everyone is more adaptable than they think—and with the right environment and stimulus, the body can relearn how to move with more freedom and less discomfort.

He is deeply committed to making the rehab process empowering and personal—helping people feel seen, supported, and capable. Sura shows up as his clients’ biggest cheerleader, reminding them that their bodies are adaptable, resilient, and worthy of care that goes beyond the surface.
