Draw Yourself into a Meditative State
A Mandala Drawing workshop
Join us for a Fall Equinox workshop where you’ll learn how to draw a Mandala as a way to meditate.
We’ll start with a 10 min guided meditation, focusing on breath, followed by the tracing a grid to create your Mandala. We’ll finish by taking about 5 min to observe our breath and mind.
High quality watercolor paper, pencils and pens and watercolors will be provided.
