What is Our Brand of Strength?

 We offer a holistic, functional approach to strength training, integrating traditional strength sessions with yoga, Pilates, and mindful movement for a well-rounded fitness experience. Our brand of strength training emphasizes traditional, sustainable techniques designed for all life ages and stages of life, focusing on functional movement and muscle maintenance rather than high-intensity bodybuilding or fad modalities.

WELL Circuit: Strength

This is an all levels class involving kettlebells, barbells, TRX, stability balls, bands, dumbbells, and more! It is a class for you to learn how to use equipment in a fun and effective way. This is a circuit style of class that alternates different exercises in short bursts of 40-90 seconds then repeats the full circuit 1-3 times depending on time. Weights and all other props are provided.

WELL Barre

This class is a full-body workout that emphasizes technique and form with each exercise and is a low-impact class that will focus on your core strength. We hope to send you home from each class feeling stronger and healthier than ever before! Weights and all other props are provided.

WELL Barre

Be prepared to stretch and strengthen your full body. You will go through both seated and standing exercises, using props as well as your body weight. You will feel the burn, while also feeling the supportive energy of those around you. This is a low impact workout that works all of the small muscles we may not always use. This class is all levels and is a barefoot or optional grip socks. BEGINNER FRIENDLY!
