Whether you’re dealing with persistent back pain or simply want to improve your core strength\, this series offers you the tools and knowledge to achieve a healthier\, more resilient body. \n\nWeek 1: Back Pain and Pelvic Floor Strength\nExplore the common causes of back pain and discover how pelvic floor stability can be a game-changer. Learn to identify whether your pain is due to flexion or extension intolerance\, and practice simple yet effective stretches to alleviate discomfort. This session sets the foundation for understanding your body’s unique needs.\n \nWeek 2: Back and Core Strengthening\nBuilding on the insights from the first workshop\, this session focuses on strength training exercises for the core and lower body. Learn how to safely and effectively load your body\, fostering optimal healing and long-term resilience. Strength is key to maintaining progress and preventing future pain.\n \nWeek 3: Upper Back\, Neck\, and Shoulder Pain\nTarget the frequently troublesome areas of the upper body in this workshop. Through gentle breath work and mobility exercises\, identify the root causes of your pain and learn techniques to manage and alleviate discomfort. Gain a better understanding of how these areas are interconnected and affect overall health.\n \nWeek 4: Putting It All Together\nIn our final session\, we integrate everything you’ve learned. From head to tail\, we’ll focus on progressing your mobility and strength exercises\, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your wellness journey. Leave with a personalized plan to maintain and build upon your newfound strength and mobility.\n \nWorkshop Details\nDates: Thursdays in March\, starting March 5\nTime: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM \nEach participant will also receive online access to all exercises\, enabling you to practice and refine your skills at your own pace. DESCRIPTION:Join Katie N. for a discussion on what seeds you’re planting for yourself and how to learn from Mother Nature’s lessons of Spring. Bring a journal and a pen to bring your wishes for yourself to life as the light grows stronger\, followed by a Mindful flow into a soundbath offered by Claudia Larson! Come gather to create intentional space for yourself as we honor the seeds you’re planting and walk away revitalized and nourished. \n  \nOur signature monthly specialty class is dedicated to yoga\, meditation and community. A chance to practice in a group\, be guided through a meditation that will offer a monthly focus and infuse a bit of yoga philosophy to consider and live by. Class is suitable for those with some yoga experience. It is a vinyasa flow class so the ability to get up and down off the ground and move from pose to pose is needed. \nFree to Well Studio Members\, $30 drop in for non-members.
