Arm balances are empowering postures from which we can learn a lot about how we approach fear on and off the mat. If you are already familiar with arm balances\, this is a great opportunity to build and explore variations. \nWe will warm up with a vinyasa flow designed to prepare the body for different balances. We will explore different ways to access postures and transitions using bolsters\, blocks or the wall. Class is suitable for those with some yoga experience. It is a vinyasa flow class so the ability to get up and down off the ground and move from pose to pose is needed.\nBring a mat and a journal.
