Whether you’re dealing with persistent back pain or simply want to improve your core strength\, this series offers you the tools and knowledge to achieve a healthier\, more resilient body. \n\nWeek 1: Back Pain and Pelvic Floor Strength\nExplore the common causes of back pain and discover how pelvic floor stability can be a game-changer. Learn to identify whether your pain is due to flexion or extension intolerance\, and practice simple yet effective stretches to alleviate discomfort. This session sets the foundation for understanding your body’s unique needs.\n \nWeek 2: Back and Core Strengthening\nBuilding on the insights from the first workshop\, this session focuses on strength training exercises for the core and lower body. Learn how to safely and effectively load your body\, fostering optimal healing and long-term resilience. Strength is key to maintaining progress and preventing future pain.\n \nWeek 3: Upper Back\, Neck\, and Shoulder Pain\nTarget the frequently troublesome areas of the upper body in this workshop. Through gentle breath work and mobility exercises\, identify the root causes of your pain and learn techniques to manage and alleviate discomfort. Gain a better understanding of how these areas are interconnected and affect overall health.\n \nWeek 4: Putting It All Together\nIn our final session\, we integrate everything you’ve learned. From head to tail\, we’ll focus on progressing your mobility and strength exercises\, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your wellness journey. Leave with a personalized plan to maintain and build upon your newfound strength and mobility.\n \nWorkshop Details\nDates: Thursdays in March\, starting March 5\nTime: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM \nEach participant will also receive online access to all exercises\, enabling you to practice and refine your skills at your own pace.
