DESCRIPTION:Intro to Arm Balances and Inversions with Guest instructor Miche’le \nThis fun and challenging workshop will teach you how to approach a variety of arm balances with greater confidence. Arm balances are empowering postures from which we can learn a lot about how we approach fear on and off the mat. If you are already familiar with arm balances\, this is a great opportunity to build and explore variations. \nWe will warm up with a vinyasa flow designed to prepare the body for different balances. We will explore different ways to access postures and transitions using bolsters\, blocks or the wall.
